Robert R. Ross, Jr., M.D., F.A.C.S. Founder - Emeritus

 
 
Dr. Robert R. Ross, Jr., is a board-certified Urologist and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Ross is a member of the AMA, American Urologic Association, American Association of Clinical Urologists, American Association of Physicians and Surgeons, American Lithotripsy Society, Florida and Sarasota County Medical Societies, Florida Urologic Society, Royal Society of Medicine, and Venice Hospital Foundation (Director Emeritus).

Dr. Ross received his Bachelor of Science at the University of Michigan in 1958. He received his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the Wayne State University in 1962, and then entered a general surgery internship. Dr. Ross then served in the United States Air Force as a medical officer from 1963 to 1966, and was awarded the Air Force Outstanding Unit Citation and Vietnam Service Medal, prior to his release from active duty in 1966. Thomas J. Ruane, M.D., F.A.C.S.

 
 
Dr. Thomas Ruane is a Board Certified Urologist and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has served on many hospital committees, including leadership positions that include chief of surgery at Venice Regional Hospital, Englewood Community Hospital and Bon Secours Venice Hospital. Currently he is a full-time staff member of Venice Regional Hospital and courtesy staff at Englewood Community Hospital and Sarasota Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Ruane received his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Illinois in 1982. He received his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the Chicago Medical School (currently Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine) in 1982. Gregory M. Lomas, M.D., F.A.C.S.

 
 
Board Certified Urologist
Dr. Gregory Lomas is a Board Certified Urologist and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Lomas is a member of the both the American Urology Association and California Urology Association, along with several Medical Societies. He has served on various hospital committees, been a Board Member and most recently served as Chief of Surgery. He has decades of experience in all aspects of Urology and the treatment of associated illnesses. He has been in the private practice of Urology since 1991 (see below) and has decided to make RTR Urology, and Venice, his new home.

Carl G. Klutke, M.D.

 
 
Carl G. Klutke is a Board Certified Urologic Surgeon, a member of the American Urologic Association and the International Continence Society. He received his medical education at the University of Michigan and completed his Surgical Internship and Urologic Residency at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He subsequently completed a Fellowship in Female Urology and Urodynamics at the University of California at Los Angeles. Following Fellowship, Dr. Klutke's career brought him to Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri where he attained the academic rank of Professor of Surgery in the Division of Urology. At Washington University he was the Director of the Female Urology and Incontinence section. He also served as Chief of Staff at the Barnes West County Hospital.

Coletta M. Boyle, MSN, ARNP

Coletta Boyle is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner who completed her Advanced Practice degree in nursing at the University of Tampa. She is nationally certified as an adult nurse practitioner, and is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the Society of Urologic Nurses and Associates, and the Sexual Medicine Society of North America.

Her life has revolved around community service during her formative years, and caring for people has continued to be part of her adult life. She received her Bachelor of Science from Barry College in Miami, Florida, and her Masters of Science from the University of Tampa. She raised her family in Venice and was active in her children's schools, and many various community activities.
 

 
 

Elina S Belilovskiy MSN ARNP

Elina Belilovskiy completed her Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner at Regis College in Weston, MA. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine (NACC). She is a member of American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Elina was born in Gomel, Russia. She received her early medical education in nursing at Ufa College of Nursing. She was awarded her Medical Doctor (MD) degree from the State Medical University, Ufa, Russia, in 1995. Elina, and her family, emigrated to the US in 1995, at which time she started the process of becoming a nurse practitioner by enrolling in Regis College, and was awarded her Masters in Nursing (MSN) in 2000 with her ARNP to follow in 2001. Casey W. Lineberry, PA-C

Casey is a board certified Physician's Assistant, through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. His Physician Assistant's degree was awarded by the University of Charleston, Charleston WV, where he also earned a Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies, and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Sciences in 2014. His undergraduate degree was pursued at Marshall University, Huntington WV, where he minored in chemistry from 2007-2011.

During his PA education, Casey was fortunate to have participated in clinical rotations that included General Surgery, Geriatrics, Internal and Family Medicine, Women's Health, Pediatrics, Rural and Emergency Medicine and Psychiatry. Read more
